Sessions are designed to fit into your busy life. Sessions last between twenty-five minutes to one hour, depending on your available time.

Sessions are held at your home, place of work, etc, at a time convenient to you.

Paul helps with mental well-being rather than physical. Sessions are designed for you to see things that make you feel stressed more calmly. Sessions are best described as a professional, calm, conversation or talk that gives powerful, long-lasting results as soon as the information is put into practice. You will of met Paul on a workplace session, you know what to expect. However, with one-to-one sessions, Paul will share a powerful way of looking at life, that he cannot explain in the workplace session, and you will be amazed at the result that it will give you.  



As a valued client you pay for results, not for Paul's time. If you find no difference in how you think about your life, stress, anxiety, loneliness, etc. There is no charge. (Travel expenses not included. Please see T & C).


First two sessions totals £125 + any receipted travel expenses.


Any other session afterwards is only £35 each + any receipted travel expenses.
