Terms and Conditions

Guarantee: Paul guarantees that what he shares works, and if it doesn't, then you won't be charged. The guarantee does not include receipted travel expenses.

The guarantee does not cover anyone not doing what they have agreed to. Not wanting to do it. Forgot to do it. Doing as asked, but with no genuine wish to do so. Or just quit and give up anyway, because the commitment isn't strong enough. 

Any claim that what was shared did not help the client, Paul will need to investigate what went wrong, so that he can learn from the client's experience. 

Travel expenses are included in the fee unless stated otherwise.

Free Well-being sessions: Paul will guarantee that you receive both free sessions if required. 

Free sessions: Free sessions in the "Value Employee Programme" will be negotiated. Free sessions will be equal to the amount of paid sessions or less than the number of paid sessions. The times of free sessions are at the discretion of Paul Clarke.

Free sessions: Free sessions for private clients in the "One to One" will be negotiated. Free sessions will be equal to the amount of paid sessions or less than the number of paid sessions. The times of free sessions are at the discretion of Paul Clarke.

Free sessions are not covered by the money-back guarantee. Any travel expenses will be charged for free sessions.

Free sessions are not available for coaching Well-being Officers.
Well-being Officer Coaching is covered by the guarantee that if it the information provided does not work, then you will not be charged. The guarantee does not cover the information that your workforce receives through the Well-being Officer second-hand.

48 Hour notice must be given for canceled sessions.
Fees must be paid within 28 days by businesses.
Fees must be paid at the end of each session, for private clients.
