PROMOTE OUR AVATARS
So you want to promote our avatars to your clients or to people you know who already own a website.
This is how it works. There are no exceptions. Please read the following carefully to decide if you wish to take up the offer.
AVATARS YOU WILL OFFER YOUR CLIENTS
At this moment we are only supplying Agent Only Avatars, i.e. Avatars without chatboxes.
WHAT ARE AGENT AVATARS FOR?
They encourage visitors to the website to take up the service that the website is offering. They can teach the visitor all about the service that is being offered to them. E.g if it's an electrician's website, it will inform the visitor what a great electrician you are, what amazing service they can expect, etc.
DO AGENT AVATARS WORK WELL WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS' CHATBOXES?
Yes, they do. If you have a Wix or GoDaddy chatbox, etc. They are perfect for that.
WHAT LANGUAGE DO AGENTS USE?
Our avatars can speak in almost any language your client needs.
WHAT YOU DO
You offer your clients or people with websites the avatar. These are unique and they will not find them anywhere else. They make a website stand out from the crowd.
HOW DO I SHOW MY CLIENT THE AGENT AVATAR?
You will receive a link that will take the client to a working example. If their website is already live you will be able to show them the avatar how it looks on their actual website. This is a work example link: https://chatagentdemo.com/Q4dSk9zVd7GA
WHAT IF THEY NEED THE AVATAR TO SAY SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
No problem. They can provide a script or info and we will change it without them needing to do anything else.
HOW DO I INSTALL IT?
You or your client receive a small code that you simply copy and paste. Avatars come with instructions on how to do this. We supply you with an email in case you need help.
HOW MUCH DO I GET PAID?
Clients pay monthly.
They pay £80/$108 per month. They pay on the last day of each month. You automatically receive 50% of this per month.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
There are no contracts for you or your client. It's a pay-as-you-go. They can cancel at any time. When they pay, you receive 50% through PayPal.
THE TWO WAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PAYMENT
Way Number One (You collect the payments then pay us.)
You can receive the payment first, and then send us 50%.
For this, you need to keep good records.
You would send your client an invoice at the end of each month. Or, receive direct debit from them into your bank. We will have nothing to do with your client. You will be our client. You will receive a PayPal invoice each month from us for our 50 %.
Way Number Two (We collect the payments and then pay you.)
I will send the client the invoice.
When they pay, You will receive automatically 50%.
For this, I will need to know their website domain, their email address, and their PayPal email address. You will know if you are entitled to payment if the website has a live avatar, two weeks after installing. (All your clients receive a two-week free trial. This is to deal with any problems before they need to start paying. We are not paid for their two-week trial.)
